Hi all.
I have a Mr open for one of my sons.
Currently on Week 14.
I sent in extra evidence on 17th March. Recieved 18th March.
The items have still not been scanned on his claim.
I sent other evidence in before for same claim and scanned next day. Just wondering why it still hasn't been scanned.
I called Tuesday. Was told up to 2 weeks.
Called today Thursday and was told up to 6 weeks.
Has any one else had this experience and should I wait or should I just resend it?
