Physical toys for 11yo with ADHD

DS has ADHD and has just popped his dad's yoga ball by bouncing on it... (He was so sorry, bless him.) He could have really hurt himself. So I'll replace the yoga ball for DH, but I'd like to get DS an alternative all-body-fidget-toy so we don't have a repeat of this incident! Can anyone recommend anything please? Preferably for indoor use. (Swingball is doing well outside so far). DS is big (tall and solid) for his age (11yo) and very enthusiastic / vigorous... Thank you for any ideas!

Rowing machine. I appreciate not a toy but the exercise and the rhythm are very helpful.

Thanks! Not sure we have space... It's a great idea though. I'll look into it...

What about a mini indoor trampoline? You can get ones for adults. We have a Bellicon which does the job. They have one type where the legs fold when not in use.

Or a pull-up bar, Southpaw sensory kit for the doorway or rocking chair? I don’t know if you will have space for one, but an indoor swing?

Thanks for all the helpful ideas!
I've been thinking more about what he likes about the yoga ball and there's definitely something about being creative with it that appeals to DS... So something like a swing would possibly appeal more to him than a rowing machine...
The latest ADDITUDE email had some ideas like a wheelie office chair with built in yoga ball which looked good though hideously expensive...
I guess we just need to try something. He's missing the yoga ball and our furniture is suffering!
Thanks again!

More expensive than just an exercise ball or peanut ball, but there are some cheaper types of those chairs. Amazon has some for around £60, I think.

IME, for someone who likes to go all out bouncing, they aren’t brilliant.
