I wanted to share how I went about the claim for my child this time. They have just been awarded HRC/ LRM.
It is probably something people already do themselves, but it really helped me organise my answers and I felt it made it pretty water tight as for each question, I linked it to evidence I had sent, as 'proof'.
I made a list of all the reports and evidence I sent with the application form, numbered them and then linked to that number for the relevent questions.
Just posting as it might help someone!xx

I did this too! No idea if it contributed to why we were successful but we were given a 6 year award first time when most others I know with child the same age were given 2 years for a first claim.

Well done! I wish I had done it the first time round but it was all so new to me and I didn't even realise you could apply for a change of circumstances until reapplying this time.

My son has been hiven a 4.5 year award this time.
