i have been reading a few threads and noticed 'dx' being refered to, I have looked at the acronym list and still cant understand 'dx' please can someone please let me know

ok, thanks, I was assuminmg d stood for diagnosed or diagnosis, now I am real curious what the 'x' is for unless it is just so d doesnt feel lonely or stands out more

Dx means diagnosis. It is medical shorthand rather than MN shorthand. Never learnt latin so dont know what the x stands for!
