Worried I haven’t wrote enough on DLA form

Hello all,
just a quick one hoping to ease my worries.
I’ve sent of a form for my little boy.
I was unaware of all the help guides and was very sick over the time I was filling it out. I think I may have messed up the form and I didn’t write enough about my child’s day to day life.
however, I did include a decent amount of evidence.
His EHCP, salt referral, paediatrician report, salt report,
report from educational psychologist, risk assessment report from school
and a statement from School SENCO.
will this suffice? Or should I send a letter providing extra details.
