Can someone please recommend a website to help me with DLA form

Hi,

Ive just started to fill out DDs (5 AS) application form for DLA.

I know various sites have been recommened on here before, but ive search and cannot find what im after.

Can someone please point me in the right direction.

hi I filled in my DLA form for my son who has as the autism society helpline is good but I will answer questions if I can too

There is also lots of other parents who have had to fill in the forms here as well

Hi

The cerebra site is highly recommended by many, and the NAS do offer help as well.

nasty, nasty forms- managed one last week and have another waiting in the wings.

That the site i was thinking about peachy.

Ive had the bloody form for 3 weeks now, ive got while the 2nd to return it.

Do you have to ask someone to fill in the bit where its asks for someone elses opinion. I havent got a clue who to ask.....any ideas ??

I dont really what to ask any of our friends, as i dont really think its any of there business IYKWIM.

I haven't had anybody fill ours in- there isn't anyone after I've put in all the reports etc. I got higher care for both so I don't think it really matters tbh, I just explained that we don't have anyone to fill it in on the form.

Actually the one time we did get it filled in, it was refused and we had to appeal!

I didnt get anyone to fill that in either I was too sad to let anyone else read it!!

They are hard going arent they

Thats why its just been sitting there for 3 weeks peanuts .

DD was Dxd last August and its taken me this long before i could get my head around even sending for the forms.
