Hello!

It's been ages, so long that I feel weird just dropping in and joining in again so felt I should sort of start again.

DD3 is fab, fab, fab but time just whizzes past so quickly these days, I just don't really get on here and when i do I got in the habit of doing active convos only so not been on SN's.

Need to catch up on where you all are, would be great if you felt like telling me on here.

As for us....Lottie ok, doing not bad at school, had a day last week where she didn't get a single time out! She's more stubborn than ever, still charming and funny and sweet as ever but it's also harder than its ever been, more tiring etc etc.

On a 1-2-1 it';s manageable, chuck in mad old DD2 and their bickering - 'no it's mine' type arguments and it's knackering.

However just started yoga, esp for children with SN's and on Saturday had our first 3 hours with Aunty J - respite care.

TC x

Hello and nice to see you again! (used to be MummytoSteven). I was reading about the yoga for kids with SN on another site a few weeks ago and felt rather envious, let me know how it goes.

Hello, thanks for coming on to say hi.

Yoga has been going brilliantly. had 4 sessions now, She loves it. First time I have ever seen her concentrate, stay focused for half an hour. she didn't say no once, try and do something else, etc. it made me a bit emotional and I had to sneak off to loo and sort myself out!

Where do you live? Anywhere near London?

Liverpool! So nowhere likely to get that sort of yoga soon I suspect! Glad that you are both really enjoying it.

Thomcat · 05/03/2008 22:03

Oh, yeah liverpool a bit far, we're in London

Hello Thomcat, I've been away too. I don't know if we ever 'spoke' but I remember seeing your posts when I was just beginning to peruse the SN board...

Hi Saggar & Thomcat. It's good there's a place to meet parents online because I never meet any in RL. Well, I do, but they tend to have older kids, or kids with a diagnosis that means they have their own relevant support group.
