Teenage spots

Can anybody recommend some wipes or a stick to help spots etc. my ds2 has broken out in spots but not sure what to buy he's non verbal.

I would take a photo and then show to either a pharmacist or you can make an appointment with DS's GP. They can recommend products depending on how severe the breakout is.
Acnecide is a new over the counter medication that is meant to be quite good for mild to moderate acne.
Epi duo is another good treatment but you can only get it on prescription. Both can take several weeks to work so you'll need to stick with it.
