My DD is getting too big for the 5 point harness in her car seat, at this age they would usually just move to the seat belt, very she gets out and moves around the car if she’s just got the seatbelt on.

Does anyone know of a 5 point harness I can just attach to the back seat some how?
i had a quick look there and there’s nothing other than custom made which is quite expensive.
thank you

Look at a Crelling harness.

Do you already have a Joie Bold? That's the biggest harness in a standard car seat. Or Besafe Stretch/Klippan Opti 129 (but these are only rear facing and some DC don't like this).

Other than this you could import a seat from America, they have harnessing up to 65lbs which is about 30kg. You will also need to import a locking clip. Not strictly legal, but some of the special needs seats (e.g. Britax Traveller) are just old model US seats anyway (that one is Britax Husky) - at least you'd get something with up to date safety and it would likely be cheaper than the special needs seats for sale here.

The other option is to look into In Car Safety Centre or other places that supply disability restraints up to adult size.
