SEN secondary school in yorkshire/Lincolnshire

Looking to relocate from SE, son has learning difficulties/ autism with EHCP.

Can anyone recommend good SEN sec schools in Yorks/Lincs, or good places to start researching these please?

It depends on what DS’s needs are, but Brantwood in Sheffield is well regarded. Or if DS is more academically able Breckenbrough in N. Yorkshire (and depending on wheee you are planning to live Alderwasley in Derbyshire may be within travelling distance.

Be aware if you move LA the new LA will review the EHCP and May amend, reassess or cease to maintain.

Thank you for the info, wasn't aware EHCP would be reviewed, do they not trust their counterparts .

There is a school called Eresby school in Spilsby in Lincolnshire I recommend you phone to arrange to look round.
