Hello All
My DS has speech delays and vision impairment (Nystagmus), I'm trying to decide on a primary school for him and would ,love for him to attend a mainstream with 1:1 support (he is currently in a mainstream nursery with support).
I visited a number of schools last year with additionally resourced provision (ARP) units and was not impressed with the standards and feel that my DS would go backwards if he attended an ARP unit as they only teach life skills.
Can any parents with SEN children in this school give me their knowledge or experience of the schools?
Except for ofstead reports and stats I know little about the school and people’s experiences.
Many thanks in advance
