this reminds me of last year in Dorset where a young man who was as student at the local college was filmed repeatedly then videos put on youtube by his tormenters.

how far a leap is it to publicly humiliate and torment and murder?

this is a terrible indictment on our society today and its not an isolated incident, in terms of the antagonising and bulling of persons with difficulties.
