Anyone else's child going on the Surrey Special Schools Ski Trip - and are you fretting too?

They all leave on Saturday and whilst i am really happy for DS2 and know he will enjoy it ,he has never been away for so long before.

I keep explaining to him and reassuring him and I really do know he will be fine. But we have a very close connection and he has been angry with me after being apart before. add to that i am really going to miss him.

anyone else?

Just wanted to say I do understand how you must feel, seeing your DS go it alone, but how fantastic that he can!!! I'm also really pleased to hear Surrey does this kind of thing as we're in Surrey too. Big Hugs!
