For appeal in the EHCP provision...etc

Please share your experience

I will have to decide to use thrm or not for my DS case ....and I do not have much choices as I have to get legal aid.

I used Simpson Millar in the past .. 3 years ago...but they are at full.capacity this year

I think both use only paralegal and not solicitors or lawyers...

Please advice me if you could recommend a better legal firm...

Thanks

I don’t think SM have the Legal Aid contact anymore.

SM do have a legal aid contract, but they gave up the telephone advice contract. Given that that obliged them to take on every case that was referred to them, I suspect that their legal aid work will have improved.

There are also other firms able to offer legal aid for tribunals, including Irwin Mitchell, Sinclairslaw, Harrow Law Centre, Cartwright King, Bailey Wright and Just for Kids.

Fulmine thanks for clarifying, I vaguely remembered a conversation I had had about it.
