Really feel my dd has some sort of intolerance and definitely reacts to foods. She also has ADHD although I do worry that infact it's part of the AS than "proper" adhd iykwim.

Where do I start? Thanks

Feingold diet. There's a web site. I've heard such great things about the FD.

we had ds1's urine tested [send it off in post] by sunderland university autism unit - i just rang the uni and asked to be put through. i'm afraid gluten free/dairy free seemed to have no impact on ds1, but good luck!
