15 months, no interest at all in toys

Even new ones get no more than 30 seconds of attention. Even household stuff that toddlers normally covert just doesn't grab him. At playgroup he just wanders around, doesn't try and play with anything. He's social with adults (not talking yet, but babbling, and affectionate with people he knows well) but he's not interested even in sensory play with sand or paint, not in interactive toys that move or make noise, not in dolls or balls, not in musical instruments or cars rolling down a ramp or anything. I'm a bit worried. Would you be?

On its own I wouldn’t be too concerned, some DC aren’t interested in toys at that age. Do you have other concerns?

Thanks for the reply! No, it's literally just the playing thing! Even if I pick a dandelion to him and pass it to him in his buggy when we're on a walk, he drops it pretty quickly - doesn't seem driven to discover stuff!
