why the heck am i doing this, they are hardly unlilely to reaward it again for eczema, asthma, allergics, mitral valve leak (she has been in reciept of it since she was 2years old) and was on the point of giving up, when dd1 woke up crying because her 'skin feels like its fire mum' and she has ripped at the skin on the back of her legs again and its a bloody mess, literally.

i should really get back to the forms, shouldn't i?

and i dont have any wine/vodka/beer for afterwards either.

Yes you should and chivvy me along while you're there please. I got up to part 23 on Saturday and haven't picked it up since.

It sounds miserable for your dd

I spent a couple of hours on mine on saturday afternoon and haven't got far. I never know what to put for the boxes where you have to say how long you need to help in minutes and end up leaving them blank which probably isn't a good idea.

FairyTaleOfNewYork · 10/12/2007 23:42

well i did them, but have no idea of who to put down as point of contact, and as she hasnt seen consultant in over a year then havent filled in that part either.

and now cant find my purse to find my account details.

but its done. and if it gets refused then i am not jumping through hoops to get it, as i hate the bloody things. if they say she is 'well' enough to cope without it then hooray!

We have just applied for the first time and found the form a nightmare. Just out of interest, those renewing, how long does it normally take to get a final decision. We have been advised that they are waiting for a report from our consultant pedetrician. Firstly is that a positive sign that it has been referred? and do pediatricians get on to these things quickly, I just envisage it sitting in a pile of paperwork, we only just got a letter confirming chromosome results we were verbally given in August

Emphasise then night care Misdee.. emphasise emphasise emphasise. That kind of eczema is VERY relevant to that which requires you to be awake with your child in the night. Keep a day/night diary (1 day, 1 night) of a typical example of a bad phase and attach it.
