If you claim DLA , are with British Gas for both electric and Gas, abd the disibility means you use more electric or gas then you can get 10% off your rates.

So I have just been informed by the kind man from British Gas, Just call 0845 850 2207, tell them you would like to go on the ESSENTIALS TARIFF, they will then send you a form to fill in, and hey presto your tariff will be lowered by 10%

how would you define this though?
I calim DLA for DS and as a result have given up work to care for him so therefore use more electirc and gas as am home, would this count or is it for people with physically disabled children?
