dd gets upset of ppl change of appearance - cried at teacher this morning.

Hi, dd (5yrs old) burst into tears at the teacher this morning cos her hair was curly when normally it is straight. She does this alot about ppl wearing glasses and hats etc. Often to the point of obsessiveness. anyone else lo do this and what is their dx???

When I had my hair cut short a few years ago neither of my boys would look at me for weeks - they just screamed at me. I get round it by never changing things - DS2 doesnt like me wearing new clothes, and i have to slop around like a baggy old sack. DS1 is autistic/ADHD and DS2 is aspie/CP.
