The £500 tax credits payment and DLA

I'm very confused who is entitled to this?
if the child receives DlA, will this make any difference or not?
I've read the Gov.uk page and just don't understand it

Do you mean the £500 for tax credits/working tax? It’s nothing to do with DLA ... it’s extra due to Coronavirus as those on Universal Credit got it weekly, £20 per week. Tax credits is the old system so it’s a one off payment of £500.

As for DLA - you can use that as you see fit. Some people keep it only for the child, others use it as part of their family income - an earning to allow the parent to stay at home/work part time.
