Cost of retained reflexes therapy and where to get treatment?

We've just had behavioural optometrist recommend our 6yo have treatment for retained reflexes (which she says are causing his reading problems).

None of the clinics that offer it seem to give any idea of prices... can anyone enlighten me?

And was it worth it? And any recommendations for clinics?
