A show that you know of suitasble for my DD who has sensitive hearing

Anyone know of anything suitable for Xmas that wouldn't freak out a little 6 yr old who is very sensitive to noises like bangs and screams etc?

Last year the mouse in the Gruffalo made everyone scream so much is totally freaked her. Done the Snowman and if that's our only option we'll do it again but looking for something new preferably.

My friend's dd wears ear defenders, would that be an option? It does allow her to access things she otherwise wouldn't tolerate.
