My 21 months old daughter uses my hand as tool, she is verbal, she has an average eye contact, saying hi bye gestures , showing all bodyparts but not communicating for her needs. Pointing the things in book when asked but not pointing to things she wants or far away from her. I am concerned a lot as a red flag of autism. Pls guide.

Personally, I think that's quite clever and shows good leadership skills - getting you to do stuff! But seriously, that alone doesn't point to ASD. My DS didn't want my input, he would be desperately independent and want to do things himself.
