I paid for a day course and it was due to take place in March just before lockdown, I have children high risk and due to uncertain times I called explained and they agreed to that I could take the course another time. Now they are unable to offer me the same course in the same location.
I paid £50 deposit and £250 just before the course for final balance.
I have asked for my money back, said they can keep the deposit but they have plain refused.
Can I take them to small claims court and would I be likely to win?
