Hi am hoping someone who uses MN can tell what the above service is like, i am taking my son there in October for an appointment and am a little nervous, he has behavioural problems so thats why we are going there.

I'm afraid I have no idea what Springfield Hospital is like. My son goes to St Albans for his hearing aids. My son has severe glue ear.

Paediatic audiologists are very skilled at getting a child's attention. When my son has hearing tests he puts blocks into a bucket everytime he hears a sound. He just thinks its a game.
