Not quite sure how a re-reading of the same reports (I had nothing new to send them and just typed about 3 paragraphs, they didn't ask for any more reports either) can go from nowt to higher care- but he is entitled and at least we're getting what we need to help him move forwards now (coz it does cost).
telephoned WTC and told them, and they said oh just checking- ds1 is on lower rate yes?
Er no, higher. When was it updated? Never been anything else.....

Any ideas for any equipment that might help ds3 with communication and or toiletting most welcome (his speech ahs moved on a bit thsi week- and he has lost fecal continence to balance it- typical!- we were down to worling on the wet before, ah well)
