Hi just looking for someone with experience
Ive been called to sit again (3rd time) ive sat once 20 years ago and exculded once.
Now im hoping theynwill exculded me again, bot because i dont want to do it, im happy to do my duty, but circumstances will be tricky. If i have to go im hoping my husband will take holiday (hes agreed but with being firlough the company might bot allow it) for course courts may not be open next month and it might be postponed till later in the year where by youngest will be in nursery and everyone back at school.
My youngest hasnt been away from me or dad for long periods so it will be upsetting to throw her into childcare out of the blue.
My main question is do you have to inform tax credits and carers allowence and do you loose any that you have to claim back via the courts? Ive asked them directly and they only refer to esa. Im just trying to sort oit all possibilities
