HOW long to go TC and FIOFIO??

I just bought mine at the health food shop and it contains arnica montana 6c 2.9 ul. I never took it before hand just started the minute I got back to the ward/room. Figuring as an elective I might be waiting for ages so would miss the every four hours whilst waiting for surgery.

DOn't forget tea tree oil - few drops in warm water - then I just used a face washer to pat my wound with it - in fact I think I jsut dunked the washer and held it against my wound - then dried with paper towel patting it against my wound - no problems with wound healing. I would do it as soon as I got up, once or twice during the day and again before I went to bed.

Peppermint - I had herbal tea - so with my meals just had peppermint tea and had none of the trapped wind I had with dd1 and dd2 - before I knew about peppermint.

My SIL is also due on the fourth. Not long then. How exciting!
