disgracefull behaviour towards a child with LFA - anyone help with letter of complaint?

i have posted it in chat in teh hopes of it being seen by a solicitor or other clever articulate person.
would love some help from all you knowledgable people with regards to discrimination etc.

i am so angry i don't know where to start.
