I lodged the appeal of my son thus week for ABA on a mainstream setting instead of dpecial.school.
I am preparing for the hearing and would like you to share any advice...ideas...evidence on whether it is easier to get ABA on a mainstream setting or Homesetting (EOTAS)?
Since the Local.Authority always reject ABS due to high cost...
When considering cost, someone advised me if i get a breakdown of the special school cost inclyding transport, I could show that ABA might be cheaper...
However; most mainstream reject ABA anyhow...
Does this mean I will end up.homeschooling my son + ABA?
Or the Tribunal can impose ABA on the named school on the EHCP?
Pleasr help me by any info advice...etc
