I need advice pkease as how to.avoid another rejection and hence wadting time waiting for another 20 werks appeal.
my daughter...she has no ehcp yet...after appealing they accepted assessing her but i am worried if they reject issuing ehcp....especially As i xm.requesting ABA...
..if ehcp id rejected....then i have to wait anither 20 weeks to appeal... all this time is a waste (we already wasted 3 years waiting diagnosis)
And i must start intervention for my daughter...
So i am investigating a way to prooove her significant needs so that EHCP is issued for her .
some advisors online and other parents who were in my situation ...said i must submit an updated parental contribution where i explain my daughter significant neefs with examples...concrrte examples from daily life...
I already have a private EP report ...but some told me that my contribution has more weight as I am the best advocate..
Some said no...EP report has more weight
Please share your experience.
