Best car harness for 13 year old?

I've been googling and am more confused than when I started. I need to restrain my DD in the car but don't want one that's hard to use.

Can anyone recommend one?

Ive just got one recently (model 28 steel buckle)

Ds decided to climb out of his seat jump in the front whilst I was driving and drive my car up onto the path

They are suitable from 4 Years up to adult.
