Radio 4's Leading Edge, Thursday 16th 2004, 9pm will feature an interview with Richard Mills discussing the 'tilt test' research into diagnosing autism.

i read about the tilt study, something about tilting a baby and cant remember which way round it was but i think it was the kids with ASD, always kept there head upwards, something like that anyway!

oh god I spent ages doing all these weird movement tests with ds2 and got myslef in a right state at times. I can see I will be doing it again with ds3! Am not looking forward to his first year!

you never know, the R4 interview might discredit this test???

i had a listen at the website and it did describe how to do it. Didn't discredit it - only supportive info. don't know anything about these tests or autism so won't go on.
