I can't get my DC to sleep!

My 3 year old DS will not settle when I put him to bed. He has autism and is very hyperactive around bedtime. Please help! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Melatonin could help, it’s a hormone that your body produces and held you sleep. It’s prescription only (although off license for under 18s). You can keep a diary for a couple of weeks and make an appointment with your GP to talk about it.
