18months ago her pre-school thought she was autistic, so dd2 went through assessments and was found to be ahead in a lot of areas, but behind in some areas, mainly speech and was referred to SALT.
just had her end of year report from nursery and she is acheiving levels for end of reception year. teacher 3wanted to mark her higher placing her at a year 1 level, but couldnt.
i get the feeling she is going to do well at school, and will hopefully just need SALT for a bit longer.
am so proud of her, as she was really struggling, but lately has come on massively. she is still hyper and clumsey, cant change that lol.
feeling quite relaxed about school now.
