ASD friendly Martial Art or Karate lessons/ club

Does anyone know of any ASD friendly Martial Art or Karate club in North East London, around Enfield, for ASD children? My 10 years old autistic boy zones out quite a lot (when bored) but can be quite active. An ABA consultant suggested Karate lessons may improve his ability to control his zoning out as there will be a lot of movements and if we can keep him interested it can also improve his communications as he can tell all about the lessons afterwards.

Not exactly on point as we are in the south but my asd son has been doing taekwondo for the last year and it has gone really well. He just goes to a normal class (a small one and he is with a slightly younger age group) and with a bit of explanation and help from us he’s having a good time and largely able to follow (btw he is not any good at it but is having fun and it is really helping his motor coordination).
