I had a ccj put on my report I wasn't aware until last 2016 when I briefly read the claim letter. I was living all over the place then due to a relationship breakdown and fleeing domestic violence. I have asked for it to be set aside and they have given me a court date.
How on earth do I prepare myself for this I can't afford a solicitor.
