EHCP annual review question

When post annual review it is agreed to rewrite the EHCP should that rewrite automatically go to “final” version or should I have been sent out a draft version first?

Well that was the worst morning we have had in a long time. He is in school. Not sure how and not even sure he will last the day but he is in.

Yes you should have a draft EHCP. You then have 15 days to comment on it and request any changes. You should also be asked to name your preferred school.

They must send a draft, which should be finalised within 8 weeks of when it is sent to you.
