I haven't started a thread before!!
I live in Barry, near Cardiff with my husband and two sons - Daniel 2 1/2 and james 1 1/2 (there's never a dull moment!!!)
James has Down Syndrome and I have booked my self on this 'conference' to have a nose at what the 'people in high places' are talking about! It is run by the Down's Syndrome Assoc. I am going up by train on my lonesome and wondered whether there would be any other Mumsnetters there. I have read threads in this topic when I get chance to go on computer and posted on a few threads and I have always thought that the messages are very helpful and supportive
I would love to hear before hand from anyone that is going or when you get there I'll be the 'billy no mates' in the corner
