LA not reflecting tribunal decision in EHCP and not making provisions

Do you mean they have not issued a new EHCP with the recommendations from the Tribunal in it in the specified time frame?

They 'missed' an important paragraph

So if this is the draft plan, send it back pointing out what needs to be included.

If it was originally included in the draft plan and omitted from the final plan, send it back pointing out the error, and send an email confirming what you have done so you have a paper trail.

LAs are shit.

If they still haven't put this right, threaten judicial review proceedings.
