This Friday Watkins Solicitors are hosting a conference at the Widcombe Social Club on Widcombe HIll in Bath from 9:30 am - 2:30 pm.
The event is called SEN information Day (All you need to know about Education, Health and Care (EHC) needs assessments and Plans in just one day!). Topics covered include:
Special Educational Needs and Education, Health & Care Assessments - How to ask for them and what to do if you are refused;
Education, Health & Care Plans - What should be in them and what should not be in;
EHC Appeals - How to prepare, what to say, what not to say;
There is also a Mock Tribunal which reenacts what you can expect to encounter at a Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal and a Question and Answer session at the end.
