We're looking at secondary schools for our lovely 10 year old - his diagnosis is very recent so we haven't had time to consider how ASD and ADHD will affect him. He's high functioning, hence the late diagnosis. Single-sex and academies don't seem to be a good idea, we're also thinking Steiner, but have heard a few negative things on their attitude towards SEN. Any advice welcome!
