This may well have been posted before but I thought it looked interesting:

Victoria is going to school, dancing at ballet class, helping mummy with dinner and reading a bedtime story to her teddy. This is a day in her life.......

This book is actually by a mum I've interviewed in the past - and it's a really sweet book for young kids. Think it's a great way of promoting the message that kids with special needs are, first and foremost, kids. Anyhow, would be interested to hear what you lot think.
