fed up with ebay?? This is an experiment, but I'm fed up with ebay at the moment! I have a friend who has loads of biomed stuff that for various reasons she ends up not being able to use and we were talking about how it would be good to have some sort of classifieds where people could sell on/swap all this expensive stuff.

I think it's set up so you can just list your stuff for free- any problems do let me know.

gess - would it be OK if I put a want on for baby babble/baby bumblebee vids/dvds?

gess · 21/05/2007 21:45

yes of course- anything that might be vaguely useful for SN, esp ASD. babybumblebee sounds ideal (and you can test drive it for me and tell me if it's all gone to pot).

gess - I have a SN car seat to sell. Thanks, will give it a go at the weekend when I can summon up energy to write ad/ take photos

chonky · 21/05/2007 22:35

Hope it's OK that it's more SN generic rather than ASD specific.

gess · 21/05/2007 22:40

Anything- it's free to use, give it go. List it in other places as well if you want. It's just a trial really to see if people want something like this, and to save on ebay fees and hassle.

right, posted, and all seems to work! have to see if I am now flooded with offers

gess · 21/05/2007 22:51

don't hold you're breath- I'm not quite as busy as mumsnet (getting 200 visitors a month though so not bad so early on, and I presume they'll be a target audience )

do you know I think I have babybumblebee videos somewhere. They've lost their covers and are a bit knackered (think they still work, they just look a bit knackered) so you can have them for postage if I do. I'll have to watch one to reveiw it first though Will take me a while to look, but I have to sort out the front room so it can be decorated so should look sometime this week. I'll reply to your classified if I find them!

gess - that would be marvellous! and if you have any with actions words even better.

gess · 04/06/2007 12:19

I've found 2 action words ones, and the case to a third. Do you still want them?

god yes, thank you very much. I'll contact you via your site tonight , shall I to sort out sendign out/postage reimbursement etc.

It's an excellent idea. I've added the site to my favourites.

Btw - if it's a MN'er selling the "Autistic Thinking" book they might want to edit the ad. Half of the word 'title' has disappeared and "Autistic Thinking is the tit" reads a bit strange.

chonky · 09/06/2007 22:49

gess - your blog is brilliant. I must post something about the car seat...which is currently sitting in our hall which looks like a scene from Steptoe's Yard.

gess · 09/06/2007 22:51

PMSL CT- not a mumsnetter but I'll tell her!

Do list the car seat. I might buy it
