a friends son is doing some DORE stuff, she has said there is a small improvement in his co-ordination etc. he has to do a couple of exercises each day i think.

Friends' ds is doing Dore and they have noticed an improvement but that could also be down to a number of factors (maturity, school and so on). The exercise programme is fairly regimented, requirinbg copoperation from the child, and cna be hard to fit . To my mind the unique benefits are not sufficiently proven to justify the cost (over £2k). You can get similar , if less stuctured, advice from an OT.

is there a limit to how many times i can bump my own message??

No experience sorry, but if you do a search for "Dore" in the search facility there are some old threads that might be helpful.

Can you say what it is specifically that you wish to know about the Dore program, I know quite a bit about it, but not sure what you want to know?
