hi my ds is 4 1/2 and has asd. his sleep pattern is all over the place most nights it takes him 2 hours in his bedroom to relax and fall asleep ( even when he is obviously shattered) then most mornings wide awake between 4 - 5 am then hes grumpy late afternoon because he is tired but then we put him to bed and he still cant relax and go to sleep..

so i just wondered do any of you know of a natural or herbal remedy that works..

we use melatonin and its fab. Don't care whether its natural or not. Only downside is once its given you hafta have peace and quiet cos its not as strong as real drugs. And you can repeat it at 4am.
Wish I'd known about it for no 1. She's NT but woke at 5am every bloody day for years and years. Little livewire. Even at 15 she doesn'tlie in bed all day like you'd think.
