Off road SN buggy or wheelchair

Recommendations for an off road buggy or similar for my non-mobile 3 1/2 year old.

I need something that can cope with mud and bumps, and hopefully (one day) running.

We have a 3wheeler with lovely big wheels called a tomato (name stuck in my head!) can't go and check make while BFing DD. It was ideal for our autistic daughter to hide in when days out got too much and she needed to retreat somewhere safe but was too tall/heavy for normal pushchair. We want to sell it now if you're interested...

Needmorehands potentially. We definitely need to sort something out soon, as DS is close to growing out of our buggy, but still not walking.
