Can I get a grant for soundproofing the upstairs floor?

After my neighbour complained (yet again) about the noise my ds makes, my mum has found out that I could possibly get a grant from the DWP.
Anyone know which grant it could be?
I could ony think of the Social Fund and Crisi/Budgeting loans, all of which have to be paid back.
Any ideas/suggestions would be appreciated.

There's the disabled facilities grant- but I'm not sure this would qualify- do you have a SW? They're the people to ask.
