ds (7) was changed from Strattera to Equasym coming up to 3 weeks ago - and I don't think it is working - things seem to be getting harder and I find myself nearly losing it with him. He is on 5mg at 8am then another 5mg at 12 noon in school. His anger has got alot worse - and it is not helping with his hyperactivity or concentration at all either- seems as theough he is getting all the side effects of the meds but without the benefits. i was speaking to his teacher today who also said that the last few weeks have been really tough and a few parents are starting to comment on his behaviour - we are due to go to the review in 3 weeks but should we leave it that long? should he be on a higher dose or are we expecting too much too soon?
I really am at my wits end - anyone elses children on this and what were your experiences/
