Hello - I am looking for recommendations for someone who could do a full OT assessment and report for my DS as part of his annual review. We have been let down by the NHS service and want a detailed report from an OT who is also able to assess and diagnose dyspraxia. We have been advised by paediatrician that he has dyspraxia traits but that he can not diagnose and OT that we have seen says she cannot diagnose either. I am keen to ensure that the EHCP following review has the correct OT provision. Many thanks
